New ASQ Award for the Airport of Guayaquil
03/11/2020 - The Airport of Guayaquil and its manager Terminal Aeroportuaria de Guayaquil S.A. (TAGSA) have been once more recognized by the Airports Council International as the Best Airport in Latin America and the Caribbean, in the 2 to 5 million passengers per year category..
ASQ Awards are determined by surveys handed to users of airports around the world, focused on quality of service indicators. “The Airport Service Quality Awards represent the highest possible recognition for airport operators around the world and recognize excellence in customer experience,” ACI World Director General Angela Gittens said.
This award will be granted on September 9th, during the ASQ Awards ceremony to take place in Kraków, Poland.
