JetBlue announces new route between New York and Guayaquil
11/04/2019 - Jetblue Airways, the american low cost airline, will open a new direct flight between New York and Guayaquil by the end of 2019. The news was revealed by the airline and will join the company's current Fort Lauderdale's flights from the Airport of Guayaquil.
It is expected this flight will use a new Airbus 321 Neo plane, an improved model over the A320 plane currently used for the airline's Fort Lauderdale region.
Update: JetBlue announced the date of its inaugural flight. It will happen on December 5th, 2019. The flight will leave John F. Kennedy Airport (New York) at 14h00 and arrive in Guayaquil at 21h04. The flight will then leave Guayaquil at 22h55 and arrive in New York at 05h12.
