Airport of Guayaquil awarded again

The ACI (Airports Council International) awarded the Airport of Guayaquil in a ceremony to celebrate its Airport Quality of Service (ASQ) Program. This is a poll made to airport users every three months across all participant airports. The ASQ Program's goal is to evaluate passenger appreciation and satisfaction for the entire airport process considering 34 service indicators such as: access, check in, security, facilities, shops and restaurants, and many more.

José Joaquín de Olmedo Airport, in the city of Guayaquil, received the awards for Best Airport in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the Best in the World in the 2-5 million passenger range category.
