Airport of Guayaquil wins ASQ Awards once more
ASQ 2023 Awards for the Latin America and Caribbean Region awarded to the Airport of Guayaquil: Best Airport with 2 to 5 million passengers per year, Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport.
13/03/2024 - Airports Council International (ACI) together with Amadeus, leader in travel technology, announced on March 11th which airports will receive this year's Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards, unique in the aviation industry and based on surveys filled directly by passengers.
This year, the Airport of Guayaquil is pleased to reveal that it will receive five ASQ awards again, all in the Latin America and Caribbean region, with the most important one being the award to Best Airport in the 2 to 5 million passengers per year, demonstrating excellence in service and travel experience.
Other awards include "Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff", "Easiest Airport Journey", "Most Enjoyable Airport" y "Cleanest Airport".
Dr. Rafael Echevarne, ACI-LAC General Director, stated: "These awards highlight the dedication and excellence of airports in Latin America and the Caribbean in providing a superior customer experience. The commitment shown by these airports is commendable and sets a high standard for the industry."

The ASQ awards ceremony will take place during the ACI Summit in September, to take place in Atlanta, United States.
