We celebrate Guayaquil with new awards
14/07/2023 - Terminal Aeroportuaria de Guayaquil S.A. TAGSA and the Airport of Guayaquil are proud to present their latest awards, with which we celebrate our city of Guayaquil during its festival month.
The Airports Council International (ACI) has granted us their Level 1 Certification in their Customer Experience Accreditation, which allows us to evaluate user experience management practices and measure their impact on our users and employees. This certificate joins other recognitions awarded by ACI, including the Best Airport by size and region received earlier this year, along with awards for the Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport.
TAGSA has also received the 5-Star Recognition award from EFQM, the European Foundation for Quality Management. The EFQM Model is a globally recognized framework that helps organizations manage change and improve their performance.
During the awards event, CODEFE, the company responsible for EFQM assessment in Ecuador, presented our General Manager, Gral. Ángel Córdova, with an award for his outstanding leadership and excellent in organizational culture.
