TAGSA receives ACI awards

ACI hands the User Experience Accreditation diploma to representative from TAGSA.

13/09/2023 - During the annual Airport Service Quality Awards (ASQ) ceremony, which took place on September 7 in Incheon, South Korea, representatives from TAGSA assisted to receive the awards the José Joaquín de Olmedo Airport won this year.

In March of this year it was revealed that our airport had won the awards for Best Airport in the Latin America and the Caribbean region and 2 to 5 million passengers per year, Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport. Another award was announced later, as we recieved the Level 1 Certification for ACI's Customer Experience Accreditation.
