Guayaquil's Airport receives international awards
07/16/2014 - During the World Airport Awards that took place on the Farnborough International Airshow on 07/15/2014, Guayaquil's Airport received the award for being the Best Regional Airport in South America, from organizing group Skytrax, who determined the winners based on votes from 19 million passengers from around the world.
In previous weeks we were also awarded First Place as the Best Airport in Latin America and the Caribbean by the ACI (Airports Council International), who also recognized us as the second best airport in the 2 to 5 million passenger capacity. This awards ar ealso based on user perception of the different services offered in airport grounds.
We in TAGSA are very proud that the quality of our services and security we offer has allowed us to be given these awards that we've received continously since the year 2007.
