Airports Council International (ACI) is an organisation that represents the best interests of airports during key phases of policy development, contributing to a safe, efficient and sustainable global air transport system.

The ASQ Awards continue to be the standard for measuring and improving airport user experience. Last year, more than half of all passengers passed through an ASQ airport. Nearly 600000 surveys, covering more than 30 key indicators, provide a comprehensive view of the potential of air travel today and in the future.
