Privacy and data protection policy

Purpose
Comply with the provisions of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection ("LOPDP" in Spanish), published in the Fifth Supplement of Official Registry No. 459 on May 26, 2021.
To establish the terms and conditions for the use of personal data that will be collected by Terminal Aeroportuaria de Guayaquil S. A. TAGSA (hereinafter "TAGSA" or "the company") through the website https://www.tagsa.aero (the site).
Scope
This Policy applies to all visitors of the TAGSA website.
Introduction
TAGSA is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, whose main purpose is to transform, operate, improve, manage, and maintain the Guayaquil International Airport José Joaquín de Olmedo, under the terms of the concession contract for the airport system signed with the Guayaquil Airport Authority. As such, TAGSA is governed by the Companies Law, its regulations, and other applicable regulations within its business scope.
1. Website goals
The TAGSA website is purely informative, designed to provide visitors the following key information:
1.1. Real-time departure and arrival schedules of flights and airlines using the Guayaquil International Airport José Joaquín de Olmedo.
1.2. Useful information for travelers and users regarding aircraft departures and arrivals of aircraft.
1.3. Information about the commercial offerings of products and services provided by various public institutions and private companies operating within the airport facilities.
1.4. Information about the availability of commercial and advertising spaces, along with contact details for obtaining more information.
1.5. General information considered relevant or necessary for travelers and users in general.
2. Data Collection
TAGSA does not collect personal data through the website. However, the company's customers or suppliers can refer to the Privacy Policies for Customers and Suppliers to obtain more details on how we collect and process their data.
3. Rights of subject's personal data
The Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador ("LOPDP") grants certain rights to data subjects, which they can exercise. These rights include:
3.1. To be informed of and access their personal data, free of charge.
3.2. To request the rectification and update of their personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete, provided that appropriate justifications are provided.
3.3. To request the deletion of data if, for example, the retention period has expired or if the processing of such data infringes their fundamental rights.
The aforementioned rights are not exhaustive, nor are they absolute, as they are subject to the exceptions stipulated in Article 18 of the LOPDP.
4. Exercise of rights granted by the LOPDP
Individuals who wish to exercise the rights granted by the LOPDP, either directly or through their legal representative, must submit their written request to the company's address or via email to pdp@tagsa.aero.
The request must be substantiated and accompanied by relevant justifications.
The provided email address should also be used for any inquiries regarding privacy matters or questions related to data processing.
