Purpose

To comply with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPDP"), published in the Fifth Supplement of the Official Registry No. 459 on May 26, 2021.

To define the terms and conditions for the use of personal data that will be collected by Terminal Aeroportuaria de Guayaquil S. A. TAGSA (hereinafter "TAGSA" or "the company") through the website https://www.tagsa.aero (the site).

Scope

This Policy applies to all visitors to TAGSA's website.

Introduction

TAGSA is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, whose main corporate purpose is to transform, operate, improve, manage, and maintain the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport of Guayaquil, in accordance with the airport system concession contract signed with the Guayaquil Airport Authority. As such, TAGSA is governed by the Companies Law, its regulations, and other applicable regulations within its business scope.

The TAGSA website is purely informative and is designed to present the following key information to its visitors:

1.1. Real-time schedules of departures and arrivals of flights and airlines operating at the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport of Guayaquil.

1.2. Useful information for travelers and users regarding both departures and arrivals of aircraft.

1.3. Information on the commercial offerings of products and services provided by various public institutions and private companies operating within the airport facilities.

1.4. Information about the availability of commercial and advertising spaces, along with contact details for further inquiries.

1.5. General information about the airport considered relevant or necessary for travelers and users in general.

2. Data Collection

TAGSA does not collect personal data through the website. However, clients or suppliers of the company may consult the Privacy Policies for Clients and Suppliers, where they can obtain more details about how we collect and process their data.

3. Rights of Personal Data Holders

The Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador ("LOPDP") grants data holders certain rights they may exercise, including but not limited to:

3.1. To know and access their personal data free of charge.

3.2. To request the rectification and updating of their personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, provided that the corresponding supporting documents are submitted.

3.3. To request the deletion of data, for example, if the retention period has expired or if the processing of such data affects their fundamental rights.

The rights mentioned herein are not exhaustive nor absolute, as they are subject to the exceptions provided in Article 18 of the LOPDP.

4. Exercising the Rights Granted by the LOPDP

Any person who deems it necessary to exercise the rights granted by the LOPDP, either directly or through their legal representative, must submit a written request to the company's registered office or via email addressed to pdp@tagsa.aero.

The request must be substantiated and accompanied by the corresponding supporting documents.

Any inquiries regarding privacy matters or questions related to data processing should also be directed to the aforementioned email address.
