Employees from different departments receiving certificates for the Women, Leadership and Influence Program

Growing is learning, inspiring and leading.

From June 3 to July 15, 15 TAGSA women leaders participated in the Women, Leadership and Influence Program, developed in partnership with ECOTEC University. During seven weeks of training, our employees strengthened their leadership, influence, and professional development skills while sharing experiences and gaining new tools to support their personal and professional growth.

The program concluded on August 7, celebrating the commitment, dedication, and learning achievements of all participants.

At TAGSA, we believe that empowering the talent of our employees also strengthens our team and helps build an organization where more women can grow, lead, and create a positive impact.
