The ASQ Awards continue to be the benchmark for measuring and enhancing the airport user experience. Last year, more than half of all passengers worldwide traveled through an ASQ airport. Nearly 600,000 surveys, covering more than 30 key indicators, provide a full view of the present and future potential of air travel.

We Renew Our Carbon Footprint Accreditation
The José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport is pleased to inform the public that it has received from Airports Council International – Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) the renewal of its Level 3+ “Neutrality” Carbon Footprint Accreditation. Once again, we have met the criteria of the Airport Carbon Accreditation program, which includes six levels of certification and is the only global accreditation and carbon management program designed specifically for airports.
This achievement by the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport has been made possible by meeting CO2 emission reduction requirements, actively involving the airport community (stakeholders), and responsibly offsetting residual CO2 emissions. It reflects our ongoing commitment to the efficient management of natural resources in our operations through energy savings and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption, aligned with environmental protection practices and actions to address climate change.
