Parking
José Joaquín de Olmedo Airport has private parking areas with capacity for up to 1100 vehicles. The parking lot is divided into zones to make finding your vehicle easier. For your safety, the airport has installed CCTV cameras and private security services to help supervise the area.
Rates:
- The first 15 minutes of parking are free.
- After the first 15 minutes, the cost per hour or fraction thereof is USD 1.40.
- Between 12 and 24 hours, the cost is USD 14.40.
- If your vehicle stays parked for more than 24 hours, the rate is USD 14.40 per day, adding USD 1.40 per additional hour or fraction thereof.
- If you lose your parking ticket, you'll need to pay a USD 14.40 fee.

Wi-Fi
You can connect free of charge, and without limits by accessing our "Guayaquil Airport Free Wifi" network, available for all passengers and visitors in both domestic and international boarding areas as well as public spaces.

Information Desks
We have bilingual customer service staff ready to answer your questions and assist you during your time at Guayaquil Airport. Visit our two information desks located on the upper level (international departures) and lower level (international arrivals).

Self-Check-In Kiosks
Available in domestic and international departure halls to speed up the check-in process and avoid lines.

Self-Bag Drop Machines
We have automated bag drop machines to make check-in and baggage delivery easier for our passengers. Ask your airline if this service is available.

We provide USB and Type-C charging ports for your mobile devices. For your convenience, find them in seating areas in both domestic and international boarding zones.

Chapel
We have a chapel open for prayer 24/7, located at the side entrance of the international arrivals hall. Additionally, Holy Mass is offered every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Lost and Found Office
If your luggage or personal items were lost during the flight (inside the aircraft), please contact your airline. If lost inside the airport terminal, send an email to llopez@tagsa.aero or call +593 (04) 2169169 ext. 1147, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for assistance.

Airport Medical Services
Guayaquil Airport has a team of medical professionals available 24/7 to attend to passenger needs and emergencies. If you require assistance, please immediately approach airport staff (security or customer service) to report your situation.
Luggage Carts
Guayaquil Airport provides luggage carts to transport suitcases and other items. Carts cannot be used on stairs or to carry children. You can find carts at the following points in the terminal:
- At the two entrances on the upper level, Domestic and International Departures.
- At the baggage claim area for Domestic Arrivals.
- At the baggage claim area for International Arrivals.
Use of carts inside the terminal is free of charge. In the international arrivals area, there is a fee of USD 2.00 (cash only) to take the cart to the parking area.
For domestic connections to Quito, Cuenca, or Galapagos, carts are free upon presenting your boarding pass or domestic flight itinerary.
